[TYPO3-templavoila] Display TV content from an extension

Check this ext.

With that you can specify a PageId and a TV fieldname, and get either
a list of tt_content ids or CEs back.

Currently it only works with Page DS records and not FCEs, as I
haven't had time to work on the ext.
