you may missed the option for blinding icons:

mod.web_txtemplavoilaM1.blindIcons = 
browse,edit,hide,unlink,paste,cut,copy,ref,new

you can blind icons this way for editors as you like (sure, above 
contains all icons, just select the ones you want to blind)

Works in pageTS and userTS
