[TYPO3-templavoila] Templavoila option not showing up in Filelist context menu in 1.3.7

Hi

I read on the 1.3.7 changelog : Fixed bug #4823: Remove 'Templavoila' - 
item in Click Menu of Filelist for editors

However when I am logged in as an admin I still do no get to see it. 
This occurs on a brand new 4.2.2 install online with only Templavoila 
1.3.7 installed.
When I install 1.3.6 I do get to see it.

Does 1.3.7 need an additional setting to show it?

However when I try this on a local 4.2.2 install on my PC (Wampserver) 
it does work with 1.3.7.
