[TYPO3-templavoila] Table view for TV module

Hi,

i surgest me_templavoilalayout2 as alternative. There you can define a
tablelayout inside the templaterecord and don’t need to define it for all
templates based on the same DS.

You don't need "me_templavoilalyout" for this... this function is 
integreted in TemplaVoila.
