By whom?
I'm looking for a way to place restrictions in Datastructures, for 
example enable only particular FCEs, restrict the number of allowed FCEs 
in a section etc. as to allowed FCEs etc. I saw the rules tags and I 
thought that might be what I was looking for. Is there a less obsolete 
alternative, can I still use rules or will you be removing the 
functionality?
