thank you for this information. I will have a look at this.

Atm the suggestion confused me a bit. By typing a search term I get 
suggestions with count of matches in bracket, but if I hit one of them I 
get "no result" oO
The sites are available public with access.
I can see in the developer log that sites sometimes indexed and sometime 
not indexed with the "non cache" exception.
Is it possible that the described behaviours occurs of the parallel 
working of indexed search (or the configuration of this).
I check the sites with the "non cache" exception, but the option is not 
set and sometimes I get this sites indexed.
