[TYPO3-seminars] Any record of changes to registrations?

We would like to give FE users the ability to edit their event
registrations, e.g. the number of seats reserved and names of additional
participants.
However, registrations sometimes incur a liability.  The extension
tx_seminars provides the ability to block unregistration after a particular
date, but is there any record kept of changes made to an existing
registration?
