[TYPO3-seminars] seminars 0.10.2 and 0.10.50

Hi everybody,

I've just released seminars 0.10.2 to the TER. This is a bug-fix
release. Please update.

This is the list of changes:

Features:
- [#5653] Add a configuration for PDF rendering of the manual

Bug fixes:
- [#5413] showFeUserFieldsInRegistrationForm does not hide unused markers
- [#5649] Heading for the FE user gender is missing in the CSV export
- [#5647] Initialize the language service in MailNotifierTest
- [#5624] Salutation from onetimeaccount not used for the billing address
- [#5602] Stop requiring the oelib autoloader
- [#5235] Explicitly provide the configuration check namespaces


I've also accidentally uploaded the development version as 0.10.50.
Please do not use this version (unless you would like to test the
development version). I'll take care that this version will not be
visible in the TER anymore.
