[TYPO3-seminars] using voucher for seminars

Hi all,

im only interested in using seminars. This is a pre-using question:

Reseller should buy seminars in a shop, receive vouchers and sell this
voucher to it´s customers.
There customer (the participant) can check out a specific seminar and pay
with the voucher the reseller send to him.

Any hint how to use a voucher-system?
