Possibly. This could be one of the following:

a) bug in seminars: static_info_tables already provides this filter, and
the filter works correctly, but seminars does not access this filter the
correct way

b) bug in static_info_tables: static_info_tables already provides this
filter, and seminars not accesses this filter the correct way, but the
filter is buggy

c) missing feature in seminars: static_info_tables already provides this
filter, but the filter cannot be directly used by seminars

Would you be willing to check which of these is the case?
