Hi Margrit,
the english is good :-)

My remarks:


   1. As far as I know this is not possible. Hence 1a no total amount
   necessary since each course needs to be booked separately.

   2. Yes. Set the corresponding parameter(s) in typoscript

   3. Depends on the number of course per year I would say. If it is not
   too many, you can list them all in one folder, otherwise you can split them
   in a subfolder per year.
