This is a problem in ameos_formidable with TYPO3 4.7. I've e-mailed the
guys at AMEOS about this.

As a workaround until a new version of ameos_formidable has been
released, you can deleted the line with the require_once from
EXT:ameos_formidable/api/base/act_redct/api/class.tx_actredct.php. (The
require_once is not needed as far as I can tell.)
