[TYPO3-seminars] checkbox "terms_2"

Hi,

after some hours of try & error there is just one question left: Is 
there a trick to activate the checkbox "terms_2" in the registration 
process? Are there any dependencies with other fields or something else?

All fields in "showregistrationFields" are activated via flexform - but 
"terms_2" does not apperar.

My Confguration:
TYPO3 4.5.17
TemplaVoila! 1.5.4 (is this relevant?!)
seminars 0.9.4
onetimeaccount 0.8.0
oelib 0.7.8
Ameos Formidable 1.1.549

I want to use "terms_2" for the user to confirm the payment-method 
(confirm to german "Lastschriftverfahren").
My favorite solution is to use "bankTransferUID" - but the button is 
always preselected because there is just one payment-method.
