[TYPO3-seminars] Empty country dropdown and "Next" Button

After two days digging into the problem finally I found the reason for this.

I don't know what the exact error was but it seems that it doesn't work
together with TYPO 4.6.0. I "fixed" this with cloning the core with git
[1] and switch to TYPO_4-6 [2]
