[TYPO3-seminars] seminars 0.9.3 has been released

Hi all,

I've just released version 0.9.3 of the Seminar Manager extension
(extension key: "seminars").

This release is a bug-fix release that also adds a couple of new hooks.
Updating is highly recommended for all users of version 0.9.x. Updating
to oelib 0.7.6 is also recommended, but not required.
