[TYPO3-seminars] FE event editing: country select

Hey,

is it correct that seminars, aka oelibs tx_oelib_Mapper_Country does not 
respect static info tables TS config to reduce the available countries 
in the select?

I need to hack two extensions ( class.tx_seminars_pi1_eventEditor.php 
and oelibs class.tx_oelib_Mapper_Country.php) to implement a default 
functionality of static info tables?

Is that correct or am I missing a configuration?
