[TYPO3-seminars] onetimeaccount compatible with TYPO3 4.5?

Hello,

I installed onetimeaccount 0.8.0 and siminars 0.9.3 in a TYPO3 4.5 system.

In the plugin I can't see some labels of fields:

The 2nd and 3rd missing label is for firstname and lastname which are 
standard fields since TYPO3 4.4.

In the source code of the web site I can see a form with hidden 
ameosformiadable fields but nothing more.
The ameos formidable version is the patched 1.1.473 from the list.
