[TYPO3-seminars] second “terms & conditions” checkbox does not appear

Hello,

the second “terms & conditions” checkbox does not appear an the second
registration page.

plugin.tx_seminars_pi1._LOCAL_LANG.de.label_terms_2 = Newsletter

Has no effect.

Typo3 4.4.6
Seminars 0.9.2

Has anybody some hints for me?
