Hi Mario,

I guess you have for each sub-menu a page in BE. So just insert a new 
record (plugin Seminar Manager) on each page and on the tab 'list view' 
you can select the category in 'List events only from these categories'. 
Other settings you find in the manual.

Registration without FE account you can realize with onetimeaccount. 
It's also described in the manual. ;-)
