[TYPO3-seminars] How do i change or extend columns in BackendView ?

Is there a way to configure the BackendView?

For example:
In the Tab "RegistrationsList" i also want to display the 
email-addresses or phonenumbers.

I noticed that there are 4 different templates for the BackendView 
(EventsList.html, OrganizersList.html, RegistrationsList.html, 
SpeakersList.html), but how do i change or extend them to show more 
usefull columns? Is it possible to extend them with some "markers" to 
display the email or phonenumber?
