[TYPO3-seminars] registration must be possible although start date is in the past

Hallo,

Is there a possibility to tell seminar manager to enable registration 
although the start date of the event is already in the past.

I need this, because all courses last for 6 months, and it doesn't make much 
difference if you miss the first 2 weeks or so. Thus it must be possible to 
register even if the course has started already some time ago.
