[TYPO3-seminars] charsetForCsv

Hi,

Exporting attendances data via csv causes problems with Excel. The 
website is utf-8, and so is the database. Setting the value of

charsetForCsv = ISO-8859-15

has no effect. I've read this comment to the problem:

Is there any solution by now?
