[TYPO3-seminars] Adding 'Billing Address' label to frontend

I was actually hoping for a solution not to change the template file.
It works out fine when I add a line in the RegistrationEditor.html. The only thing is that it only works when I change the file directly since adding the property
plugin.tx_seminars_pi1.registrationEditorTemplateFile = fileadmin/templates/registration.html
doesn't has any affect on the frontend at all!
It's also the same with the eventEditor but it works fine with the templateFile. So it's not a general issue and I don't know if it's only me who experiences this issue?!
