[TYPO3-seminars] new labels in 0.9.1?

Actually, setting the labels via TS setup is the safer way.

For seminars, you can even delete the following files to solve some
localization issues with installations that have been upgraded:

typo3temp/llxml/*
typo3conf/l10n/de/seminars
