[TYPO3-seminars] How to change date format in Backend

Hi

How can we change the date format from German dates to us date format in
Backend of seminars Extension.

Currently it displays as
25.–27.02.2010
and
14:35

We need it to be displayed in the US time format am/pm.
It is working in the frontend and also other extensions in the backend
display the time correct but not seminars.
