[TYPO3-seminars] Date2cal usage?

Dear list,
we use the powermail extension quite a lot. This nice extension makes use of
date2cal to provide a nice calendar.

I read in the notes of the seminar extension that this does not work with
the date2cal extension. Does someone have an idea how to get out of this
'catch 22' situation? We would like to use both extensions: powermail and
seminars....
