[TYPO3-seminars] Upgrade from 7.x to 9.0

Hi Oliver

I would like to update seminar from 7.3 to the latest 9.0b.
in the online-doc it is described how to update from 8.x to 9.0.
what is the advised procedure to update from 7.3?
