This is a conceptual shortcoming of double-opt-in in general or the way
sr_feuser_register implements double-opt-in: The confirmation link in
the e-mail doesn't contain the redirect_url parameter which is needed to
get to the seminars registration page.

If you need this changed, please file a bug report for
sr_feuser_register in the TYPO3 bug tracker <http://bugs.typo3.org/>.
Sponsoring (not me, but the authors of sr_feuser_register) might help
there as well. :-)
