I'm not quite sure I understand your question/problem. I guess it's one
of the following three:

1. You still get the lowercase table column names as CSV headings, e.g.
"title".

2. You get correct English headings (with the first letter uppercase),
but no German headings, e.g. "Title".

3. You get correct German headings, but would like to know how to
overwrite them using TS setup.

Is one of my guesses the right one? ;-)
