[TYPO3-seminars] Manual sorting of events (useManualSorting)doesn't work

Hi Niels,

I missunderstood the manual, I thought there would be some sort-icons besides 
every column-header.
Now I see the up/down arrows, but only with admin-rights. How can I give 
non-admins access to this feature?
