Is it not translated (i.e., in English) or not replaced (i.e., you see
###LABEL_SPEAKERS###)?

Where exactly do you see this?

All my markers are in german, only this one is english. In locallang all is
okey.
when I try to use TS Code label_speakers = its also not working. With other
labels yes.
