Please do *not* set isStaticTemplateLoaded via your own TS setup. This
breaks the detection of whether the static template has been included.
(I think I mentioned this in one of my other posts.)

If isStaticTemplateLoaded = 0 (and you haven't touched it) in the TS
object browser, the static template has not been included correctly, and
the configuration check warning is right.
