[TYPO3-seminars] double output of place in thank-you mail

Template for plain-text version of the thank-you mail to the attendee

 

Here is one Marker ###PLACE### and this one gives me output of the city 2
time.. ?

I have a mistake somewhere or is it a bug?

 

Does someone has an idea how I can fix this?
