[TYPO3-seminars] oelib 0.6.5 has been released

Hi,

I've just released version 0.6.5 of the oelib extension to the TER.
(Version 0.6.4 got skipped due to a technical problem with the upload.)

This version fixes a few bugs in seminars, most prominently a crash with
PHP 5.2.0 and some e-mail problems.
