[TYPO3-seminars] Changes in onetimeaccount - now no mails sent

Yes, I already checked this - for my test-registration I created a new 
organizer "TEST" with my own mail-address, in the test-registration I 
filled in my own private mail-address (@web.de). Nothing, no mail here, 
no mail there :-(((
