[TYPO3-seminars] is it possible to change the order of the columns in list view and add new columns

Hi,

I would like to create a list with swimming-courses.
Therfore I need a column named "day of week" (Wochentag) and
it should be exactly this column to start the list with.
Is it possible to create a new column?
And is it possible to arrange the columns in listview the way I need them?
