[TYPO3-seminars] problem with umlauts in csv-export of registrations in the frontend

hi to all,

i got a problem with umlauts in the csv-export at the frontend. if so called "vips" downloads the registrations to a seminar at the frontend, the display of the umlauts is not right. if the registrations will be downloaded at the backend, the display ot the umlauts is right. what is wrong?
