[TYPO3-seminars] Does seminars send emails on changes of the waiting list

Hi,

I'd like to know if seminars automatically updates the waiting list-status 
of an registered user (who is on the waiting list) and sends an email to 
the user if the limit of registrations for a seminar has been increased in 
the BE by the organizer?
If not, what is the best way for the organizer to switch an user from the 
waiting list to the registration list, so that the user get an email-confirmation?
