[TYPO3-project-seminars] Cryptic characters in "From:"field ofconfirmation mail

Hi,

I'm experiencing the same problem. It still occurs in the latest SVN-revision 
(24600).
I can't say for sure if there're any line breaks or not, but my email-client 
(Lotus Notes) doesn't show any.
The problem only shows up in the notification-emails to the organizer. So, 
the name of the front-end user isn't shown correctly, not the one from the 
organizer.
In older versions of seminars (e.g. 0.7.3) the typo3-server-name wasn't shown 
either.
