[TYPO3-project-seminars] 1 bug (?) and 2 questions

Hi everybody,

1) If I overview the seminars using the list-module and click the blue  
info-icon of a seminar in the table-list, I always get the same wrong  
"Ort" and "Referent" in the pop-up window with the seminar-data. When  
I click the editing-icon all of these values in the seminar data-sheet  
are correct. (So, it´s only noticeable but not really annoying)

2) How can I include the value of the "textarea name="  
tx_seminars_pi1_registration_editor[notes]" from step 1 of the  
registration form into the template for the notification e-mail to the  
organizer?

3) Last but not least:
In the "From:" field of the confirmation-mail my client get always  
something like this:
Von: =?ISO-8859-1?Q? Michael=20Paulisch [mailto:" =20  
<info at mpaulisch.de>, ?="@serverXYZ-han.de-server.de]

It´s even more cryptic if the name has some ä,ö,ü,ß in it.
