The "unregister" link is available in the "my events" list if:

1. the event has an unregistration deadline which hasn't passed yet, or
unregistrationDeadlineDaysBeforeBeginDate is > 0, and

2. the event has registrations on the waiting list, or
allowUnregistrationWithEmptyWaitingList is = 1.
