[TYPO3-project-seminars] Additional locallang.xml file

Hi all,

First of all, thanks for an awesome extension.

I've used the llxmltranslate tool to translate a few of the language entries
on seminars to portuguese. The tool created the file
/var/www/site/typo3conf/l10n/
pt/seminars/pi1/pt.locallang.xml containing the localization data.

My site was already configured with config.language = pt and yet the
extension won't use the correct language on the front end.

Any hints on troubleshooting this?
