[TYPO3-project-seminars] How to strip of <a>tags in list-view?

I'd also love to do the a similar thing - strip out the sorting-links in 
list view, like in ###HEADER_TITLE### - so I could add my own sorting 
method, e.g. with jquery tablesort directly via the template.

I could try and add another TS setup variable, e.g.

plugin.tx_seminars_pi1.doNotLinkListTitles

in my own version and then submit it, if it works out well.

... but where would I start? I was unable to locate the spot where 
###HEADER_TITLE### is replaced.
