[TYPO3-project-seminars] "Footer" in ThankYou email

I was wondering:

In the email template file, there is a marker named ###footer###.
Is this a dummy marker, because is never gets filled...

It's not listed in "plugin.tx_seminars.hideFieldsInThankYouMail = " so, 
I should be shown in my emails, but it does not.

I also can't find anything in the locallang.xml either...

I'm confused.
