Currently, the collision check doesn't take time slots into account
(missing feature, <https://bugs.oliverklee.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1723>).

You can either disable the collision check for single event (the
checkbox at the bottom of the "attendees/registration" tab), or you can
do this globally via TS setup:

plugin.tx_seminars.skipRegistrationCollisionCheck = 1
