[TYPO3-project-seminars] Error unregister

Hi Maik!

The error comes from a missing configuration for the unregistration
form. This is most likely the case due to not having included seminars'
static TypoScript template on the (un-)registration page.

You have to include the static TypoScript template via Web > Template >
Info/Modify when editing the whole template record on the tab "Includes".

You can check whether you see the branch
"plugin.tx_seminars_pi1.form.unregistration" in the TypoScript Object
Browser on the (un-)registration page.
