The warning says it all:

In your TS setup, you need to set plugin.tx_seminars.attendancesPID to
the PID of the sys folder where the registration records should be stored.

In the organizer records, you can select in which sys folder the
registrations for events by that organizer should be stored. Note that
even if you provide all your organizers records with that setting, you
still need to set plugin.tx_seminars.attendancesPID (e.g. to the sys
folder of the first organizer) to silence that warning. (That's because
the code that issues the warning doesn't check whether all organizers
have sys folders assigned).
