Currently, you cannot prevent this at all (because that behavior is
hardcoded).

If it's only about the visual appearance, you can make the links in
those columns look like ordinary text with CSS. There are some TS setup
variables to set classes for the cells of particular columns in the list
view:

plugin.tx_seminars_pi1.class_listtitle
plugin.tx_seminars_pi1.class_listdate
