[TYPO3-project-seminars] City requirement for Sites and description field from events on registration page

Mainly, that's because we use the city in a lot of places in the code
and then can rely on the city being set (thus simplifying the code).

Yes, that would be great. Would you create an entry for that in the bug
tracker <https://bugs.oliverklee.com/> and provide a patch for it?
