[TYPO3-project-seminars] RealURL possible?

Hi,
 
I'm looking for a solution to "style" links to seminars with RealURL so that
a link doesn't look like this:
http://www.domain.de/seminars.html?
<http://www.domain.de/seminars.html?&tx_seminars_pi1[showUid]=205>
&tx_seminars_pi1[showUid]=205
but like this:
http://www.domain.de/seminars/seminar_topic_A.html
 
It this possible? I didn't find any information about this yet (manual,
forums, google)...
